Thai Fried Bananas Recipe
- 4 fresh, hard bananas
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- Lime juice
- Peel bananas.
- Slice lengthwise, then cross-cut in half.
- Heat the butter in a wok or possibly frying pan till the butter bubbles.
- Add in the banana slices and fry them on both sides over medium heat till they are golden brown and soft.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar and stir till it dissolves and makes thick syrup.
- Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with lime juice.
