Brandied Gorgonzola Dip

  1. Blend the gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with various dippers: cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, sliced cucumber, jicama sticks, pear, apple...
