Beanie Brownies With Variations

  1. Preheat oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix.
  2. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour the beans into a strainer, and rinse well.
  4. Put the beans back in the can and add enough water to cover beans.
  5. Put the beans and water into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  6. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
  7. Add brownie mix to beans and stir until combined.
  8. Stir in whichever ingredients required for the flavor option of your choice, except anything listed as a topping.
  9. Pour batter into prepared pan, sprinkle any toppings and bake according to package directions and until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
