Frozen Banana Bowl
- 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 2 yellow bananas, mashed
- 1 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/4 cup amber rum
- 1 pkg (102 g) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tub (500 mL) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- LINE large glass bowl with plastic wrap.
- Drizzle inside with melted chocolate; chill.
- MASH bananas; set aside.
- IN large mixer bowl add milk, rum, pudding powder and cheese.
- Beat on medium until smooth.
- Stir in bananas.
- FOLD in whipped topping; spoon into bowl.
- Freeze until firm.
- REMOVE from freezer, unmold and remove plastic wrap.
- Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
