Gluten Free Pancakes

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separte bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Pour the wet into the dry and mix until completely combined.
  4. If batter is too thick, thin with either water or milk.
  5. Cook on oiled griddle until just browned on each side.
