Gluten Free Pancakes
- 12 cup rice flour (MINUS 2 1/2 Tbsp)
- 13 cup tapioca starch
- 12 cup soy flour
- 2 12 tablespoons whey powder
- 12 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 34 cup milk
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- In a separte bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet into the dry and mix until completely combined.
- If batter is too thick, thin with either water or milk.
- Cook on oiled griddle until just browned on each side.
