Kale and White Bean Pasta with Sausage
- 3/4 packages (16 Oz. Package) Pasta, Your Favorite Shape
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Diced
- 1 pound Sausage, Sweet Or Spicy, Turkey Or Pork
- 1 head Kale, Roughly Chopped
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Cannellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Black Pepper To Taste
- Choose your favorite pasta shape and boil in salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, saute a diced onion, diced garlic cloves and spicy or sweet sausagepork, turkey, whatever you enjoy.
- Cook until the sausage is no longer pink.
- Wash and roughly chop one large head kale.
- Add the chopped kale and drained and rinsed cannellini beans, plus the chicken broth.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce mixture along with a good handful of parmesan cheese and black pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
