Marshmallow Cream Recipe

  1. In large bowl, combine egg whites, syrup and salt.
  2. Beat for 10 min at high speed till thick.
  3. Add in sugar and vanilla and beat till thick.
  4. Store in jars in refrigerator.
  5. Makes 2 qts.
