Cheesy Broccoli Rice & Turkey Skillet
- 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Bring broth, turkey, broccoli and peppers to boil in large skillet; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 5 min.
- Stir in rice, onions and VELVEETA.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 5 min.
- or until rice is tender and VELVEETA is melted.
- Stir until blended.
