Deb's Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 1 12 cups whole milk
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 12 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- Cook the broccoli in the water for 5 minutes, DO NOT drain.
- Add the remaining ingredients and heat until the cheese melts and the soup is hot.
- DO NOT boil!
- Stir frequently to prevent the soup from scorching while heating it, the cheese will stick and the soup will be ruined.
