Steamed Lobster

  1. Place rack in pot.
  2. Add water to 2 inches.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add lobster.
  5. Cover.
  6. Weight down cover to keep steam in.
  7. Set timer for 12 minutes or check for doneness by pulling off one of the little legs.
  8. Suck out the meat.
  9. If it is done, the lobster is done.
  10. Serve with melted butter.
