Curry Omelette

  1. Break and scramble eggs in a side dish.
  2. Put butter/margarine in a pan over a high flame and heat until melted.
  3. Add eggs; let settle over entire pan.
  4. In about 30 seconds and add onion, cheese and ham.
  5. Add a dash or two of curry powder.
  6. When fully cooked, fold over (omelette style) and serve hot.
