Slow Cooker Beef and Vegetables

  1. Layer vegetables, onion, spicies and tomatoes with juice and beef broth in slow cooker.
  2. Cover, cook on low 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Add beef, sprinkle with garlic, pepper and paprika.
  4. Cover, cook 2 hours.
  5. Stir in tomato paste.
  6. Add pasta and cheese.
  7. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
