Diablo Tequila 'n' Tonic
- 1 lime
- 2 cups white tequila
- 2 to 3 jalapenos, halved lengthwise seeded
- 6 cups (1 1/2 quarts) tonic water
- Using peeler, remove peel from lime (green part only) in strips.
- Combine peel, tequila and jalapenos in glass jar with tight-fitting lid.
- Chill overnight.
- Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour 3 tablespoons tequila and 3/4 cup tonic water into each.
