Diablo Tequila 'n' Tonic

  1. Using peeler, remove peel from lime (green part only) in strips.
  2. Combine peel, tequila and jalapenos in glass jar with tight-fitting lid.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 3 tablespoons tequila and 3/4 cup tonic water into each.
