London Broil Recipe

• 1 London Broil roast
• 1 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. garlic wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic, mashed
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/8 c. sugar
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Put London broil in a flat pan and pour marinade mix over it.
2. Marinate 3-4 hrs, turning frequently.
3. Barbecue over warm coals 15 min on each side.
4. Brush frequently with marinade.
