Tuna 'N Rice Casserole Recipe
- 2/3 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 can diced cooked tuna
- 1 tbsp. diced pimentos
- Dash of pepper
- Add in rice and salt to boiling water in saucepan.
- Mix to moisten rice.
- Combine soup and fold in saucepan.
- Heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add in tuna, pepper, and pimentos.
- Mix and heat thoroughly.
- Mix rice and creamed tuna.
- Spoon into 1-qt casserole.
- Top with potato chip crumbs.
- Broil to brown.
- Serve warm.
