Quick-and-Easy Truffles

  1. Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add cream; mix well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Shape rounded measuring teaspoonfuls of chocolate mixture into 36 balls.
  7. Roll in grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate or toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut.
  8. Place in small baking cups.
  9. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
