Chunky Split Pea Soup

  1. Wash and rinse split peas and put into pot.
  2. Add Chicken Broth and ham,simmer 1 1/2 hours, making sure to stir frequently.
  3. Add Vegetables to split peas, cover and simmer 2 Hours.
  4. Stir Frequently.
  5. Add Margarine and seasonions to soup, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
