Hot Fudge Sauce
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares
- 12 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup karo corn syrup
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with water.
- Stir for 2 minutes, or until thick.
- Remove from heat; gradually add sugar, syrup & salt.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Add vanilla.
- Serve hot or cold.
