Hot Fudge Sauce

  1. In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with water.
  2. Stir for 2 minutes, or until thick.
  3. Remove from heat; gradually add sugar, syrup & salt.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
