Watercress salad with yogurt dressing

• 2 tbsp plain yogurt
• 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash black pepper
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 2 cup watercress

1. Mix all dressing ingredients together.
2. You may increase or decrease the amount of each ingredient according to your liking.
3. I prefer mine garlicky :)
4. Pour the dressing over the watercress, mix together and enjoy!
