Vegan Coconut Oat Bars

  2. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F / 200 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, ground and slivered almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds and raisins.

  6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, over a medium heat, mix the almond butter, honey and soy milk until blended together.

  8. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, until all the oaty nut mixture has been coated and becomes sticky.

  10. Pour mixture into the lined baking tray and spread out evenly using a wooden spoon.
  11. 6.
  12. Bake for 18 20 minutes, or until golden.
  13. Remove from the oven and leave to cool, then slice into 12 bars.
