Vegan Coconut Oat Bars
- 4 ounces, weight Gluten Free Oats
- 2 ounces, weight Almond Meal
- 1 ounce, weight Slivered Almonds
- 1 ounce, weight Desiccated Coconut
- 1 ounce, weight Sunflower Seeds
- 2 ounces, weight Raisins Or Dried Cranberries
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Milk

- Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F / 200 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, ground and slivered almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds and raisins.
- 3.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, over a medium heat, mix the almond butter, honey and soy milk until blended together.
- 4.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, until all the oaty nut mixture has been coated and becomes sticky.
- 5.
- Pour mixture into the lined baking tray and spread out evenly using a wooden spoon.
- 6.
- Bake for 18 20 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool, then slice into 12 bars.
