Baked Jack Corn Recipe

  1. Combine Large eggs and lowfat sour cream in a large bowl; stir in corn and next 5 ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 10 inch quiche dish or possibly 2-qt baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. for 35 min or possibly till a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, and bake 5 more min.
  5. Let stand 10 min before serving.
  6. 6 servings.
