Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Drizzle milk over bread in medium bowl; let stand 2 min.
  3. Add chicken, celery and 2 Tbsp.
  4. wing sauce; mix just until blended.
  5. Shape into 30 meatballs, using about 1 Tbsp.
  6. chicken mixture for each; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 15 min.
  8. or until done (165F).
  9. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and blue cheese.
  10. Place meatballs in large bowl.
  11. Add remaining wing sauce; toss to evenly coat meatballs.
  12. Thread 2 meatballs onto each of 15 small skewers.
  13. Serve with sour cream mixture.
