Garlic Sauce of Exceptional Character

• 12 cup natural yoghurt
• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 1 large garlic clove

1. Mash the garlic as finely as possible.
2. Beat together the yoghurt and mayonnaise in a bowl with the garlic.
3. That's all.
