Quiche Lorraine
- 6 slices bacon cooked
- 3 each eggs
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup onions minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) deep, frozen
- 1 cup cream light
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell.
- Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings.
- Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated 425F (220C) oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf.
- Reduce temperature to 325F (160C) and continue baking 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
