Chinese Spare Ribs Recipe
- 3 pound spareribs
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- Cut ribs in small pcs.
- Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
- Pour off the accumulated (moderate) fat.
- Prepare sauce, combining vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Heat over low heat till sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake in a slow oven for another 45 min.
- Stir the ribs occasionally to be sure all the ribs are coated.
