Chinese Spare Ribs Recipe

  1. Cut ribs in small pcs.
  2. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  3. Pour off the accumulated (moderate) fat.
  4. Prepare sauce, combining vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce.
  5. Heat over low heat till sauce thickens.
  6. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake in a slow oven for another 45 min.
  7. Stir the ribs occasionally to be sure all the ribs are coated.
