Margarita Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Mix dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice until well blended.
  2. Pour over shrimp and vegetables in shallow dish; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to 2 hours to marinate.
  5. Remove shrimp and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  8. Grill kabobs 5 to 8 min.
  9. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 4 min.
