Apple Or Grape Jelly Recipe

• 2 c. Bottled juice
• 3 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 pkt Liquid Certo (1 pouch)

1. Combine juice and sugar into a large pan.
2. Place over moderate heat and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in Certo and bring to a full rolling boil and continue at a full rolling boil for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat, skim and bottle at once.
5. This is from way back in the late 60's.
