Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 2 lb. baking potato (about 6), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 2 cloves minced fresh or roasted garlic
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
- or until tender; drain.
- Return potatoes to pan; mash to desired consistency.
- Add cream cheese and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through.
