Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

• 2 lb. baking potato (about 6), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
• 2 cloves minced fresh or roasted garlic

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Return potatoes to pan; mash to desired consistency.
4. Add cream cheese and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
5. or until heated through.
