Turkey and Pasta with Peanut Sauce

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the fresh pea pods diagonally.
  3. Place turkey and pea pods in a large colander.
  4. Pour hot cooking liquid from pasta over pea pods and turkey; drain well.
  5. Return pasta, pea pods and turkey to hot pan.
  6. Add pineapple.
  7. For sauce, in a small sauce pan stir Chechen broth into peanut butter.
  8. Heat and stir with whisk until peanut butter melts.
  9. Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, red pepper and garlic; heat through.
  10. Add sauce to the pasta mixture.
  11. Gently stir to coat pasta with sauce.
