Mac and Cheese with Asparagus and Chives
- 3 cups scoobi doo pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding asparagus to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
- Meanwhile, cook cream cheese product and milk in large skillet 3 to 5 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Drain pasta and asparagus.
- Add to sauce; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with chives.
