Blue CheeseStuffed Celery

  1. In medium bowl, with mixer on high speed, beat blue cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add milk and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Beat until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  5. Transfer cheese mixture to heavy-duty quart-size resealable plastic bag with one corner cut to form 1/2-inch hole.
  6. Pipe cheese mixture down centers of celery pieces.
  7. Top with figs and lightly drizzle with honey.
  8. Garnish with chives.
