Peppermint mocha coffee creamer
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- In a medium sauce pan over medium low heat whisk together
- Stir until mixture begins to steam.
- Remove from heat and stir in
- Allow to cool then place in glass jar and refrigerate.
- It should keep about a week and a half.
- Shake before each use.
