Peppermint mocha coffee creamer

  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium low heat whisk together
  2. Stir until mixture begins to steam.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in
  4. Allow to cool then place in glass jar and refrigerate.
  5. It should keep about a week and a half.
  6. Shake before each use.
