Mexican Pies

  1. Warm the tortillas in the microwave on High for 30 seconds to soften.
  2. Place tortillas in a 10-hole, 1 cup capacity non stick muffin pan.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion for 2 minutes.
  4. Add minced beef, cook for 5 minutes until brown.
  5. Stir through tomato paste and spices, cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add salsa, stir until heated through.
  7. Spoon meat filling into tortilla shells, top with Singles*.
  8. Cook in oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Top with sour cream and avocado dip.
  10. Serve.
