Fluffy Angel Yogurt Mousse
- 250 grams Plain yogurt
- 50 grams Sugar
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 6 drops Vanilla extract
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Your favorite jam
- Soak the gelatin in water.
- Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to dissolve.
- Combine yogurt and sugar.
- Add 5 to 6 drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
- Whisk the cream until it thickens.
- Add to the bowl in step 2.
- Then mix in the dissolved gelatin.
- Pour into individual cups and refrigerate until firm.
- Top with your favorite jam and serve.
