Fluffy Angel Yogurt Mousse

  1. Soak the gelatin in water.
  2. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to dissolve.
  3. Combine yogurt and sugar.
  4. Add 5 to 6 drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Whisk the cream until it thickens.
  6. Add to the bowl in step 2.
  7. Then mix in the dissolved gelatin.
  8. Pour into individual cups and refrigerate until firm.
  9. Top with your favorite jam and serve.
