Beef Salad Recipe

  1. Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar, dill weed, salt and white pepper 10 to 15 min.
  2. Cold.
  3. Toss with beef and onion.
  4. Chill.
  5. Drain, reserving marinade.
  6. Place greens in bowl.
  7. Top with beef and onion.
  8. Combine lowfat sour cream with reserved marinade.
  9. Toss with greens and beef.
