Beef Salad Recipe
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh White pepper
- 3 c. Julienne cut cool roast beef
- 1 sm Onion, thinly sliced
- 8 c. Torn salad greens
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- Simmer vinegar, water, lemon juice, sugar, dill weed, salt and white pepper 10 to 15 min.
- Cold.
- Toss with beef and onion.
- Chill.
- Drain, reserving marinade.
- Place greens in bowl.
- Top with beef and onion.
- Combine lowfat sour cream with reserved marinade.
- Toss with greens and beef.
