Cookie Biscotti Sticks

  1. Stir together Brown sugar , butter , corn syrup in a large pot.
  2. Cook over medium high heat until sugar dissolves & butter melts Remive from heat stir in 1/4 cup peanut butter & vanilla.Gently stir in oats.
  3. Press in bottom of a 9x13" pan lined with foil.Leave some hang over the sides so you can pick it out later.
  4. I lightly sprayed mine.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown.
  6. Mix together the chocolate & butterscotch morsels & shortening in a saucepan over medium high heat.
  7. Stirring until smooth.
  8. Stir in peanut butter.
  9. Spread over baked crust.
  10. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  11. Let cool in pan on wire rack 20 minutes.cover and chill 2-3 hours.
  12. Lift uncut cookies out of pan using foil handles.
  13. Cut crosswise into 1" thick sticks.
  14. Using a large Chefs knife.
