London Broil

• 3 lbs flank steaks or 2 lbs top round steaks
• 4 teaspoons Adolph's meat tenderizer
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 4 thsp. sherry wine
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons Accent seasoning

1. Mix all ingredients except steaks.
2. Pierce steaks.
3. Marinate in mixture for 6 hours.
4. Cook on grill.
