Fettuccini Alfredo
- 1 box Fettuccini Pasta, Cooked And Drained
- 1- 1/2 stick Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 pint Half-and-half
- 1- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Boil water in a large pot and add pasta.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
- While the water boils for the pasta, melt the butter in a small saucepan; next add the garlic and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the half-and-half and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked and drained, add cream mixture and parmesan; blend.
- Let fettuccini stand covered for a few minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley.
- Serve with garlic bread.
- Enjoy!
