Fettuccini Alfredo

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add pasta.
  2. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
  3. While the water boils for the pasta, melt the butter in a small saucepan; next add the garlic and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the half-and-half and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is cooked and drained, add cream mixture and parmesan; blend.
  6. Let fettuccini stand covered for a few minutes to thicken.
  7. Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley.
  8. Serve with garlic bread.
  9. Enjoy!
