Refreshing Umeboshi and Shiso Cabbage Salad

  1. Julienne the cabbage and soak in water.
  2. Cut the chikuwa into 5 cm pieces, then slice diagonally.
  3. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mince.
  4. Put the drained cabbage, chikuwa, umeboshi, bonito flakes, umami seasoning, and furikake in a bowl.
  5. Mix well and it's done.
