Basil Lime Beef Stir Fry
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups White Rice
- 2 pounds Top Sirloin, Sliced This
- 1 whole Lime, Its Zest And Juice
- 1 package (8 Ounce) Frozen Snow Peas, Defrosted
- 1 cup Fresh Basil, Torn
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lime, Sliced

- Preheat oil in a wok or large skillet.
- Bring water to boil for rice and cook according to package directions.

- Salt and pepper sirloin strips.
- Add beef to hot wok.
- Add lime zest and juice (from one lime).
- Cook beef over high heat until it is no longer pink.
- Add snow peas and cook for just a little while longer.
- Snow peas will deepen in color a bit.
- Dont overcook.
- Remove wok from heat and add fresh basil.
- Stir until basil is just wilted.

- Serve over hot rice.
- Garnish with lime slices.
