Mediterranean Salad
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 1/2 green pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 1 handful of chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- In a bowl add all the prepared ingredients together.
- Stir well.
- Check the seasoning is to your taste.
- Serve when ready.
