Seafood Potpie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. With tweezers, remove any bones from cod fillet.
  2. Cut cod fillet and potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
  3. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, heat cod, potatoes, shrimp, frozen mixed vegetables, undiluted cream of shrimp soup, milk, and sherry to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, separate breadstick dough into 8 pieces, but do not unroll coils.
  6. Pour hot seafood mixture into a 9" by 9" glass baking dish.
  7. Arrange breadstick- dough coils on top of hot seafood mixture.
  8. Bake 15 minutes or until breadstick coils are golden brown and cooked through.
