Turkey Scallopini Recipe

  1. Flour turkey lightly, shaking off excess.
  2. In skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter; add in oil and garlic.
  4. Brown meat on both sides till golden.
  5. Place browned meat in oven-proof casserole dish.
  6. Add in remaining butter and mushrooms in skillet, saute/fry till they lose crispness.
  7. Add in to casserole.
  8. In skillet, combine lemon juice, broth, wine.
  9. Stir and heat till mix bubbles.
  10. Pour over casserole.
  11. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
  12. 4 servings.
