Cinnamon Curry Apple Chips
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 whole Medium Red Apples
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2.
- Bring water and sugar to a boil in a pan.
- Stir to make sure sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
- 3.
- Slice the apples fairly thin.
- The thicker they are, the longer they take to bake.
- 4.
- Place apple slices in the simple syrup (water and sugar mixture), stir to coat and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 5.
- Remove the slices one at a time, shake off the excess syrup, and place by the single layer on the baking sheets.
- 6.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and curry powder.
- 7.
- Bake 30 minutes, rotate trays, bake 30 more minutes.
- If apples are not dried out by this time, continue baking in 15-minute increments.
