Marshmallow Krispie Bars Recipe
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1 pkg. (10 1/2 ounce.) miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan.
- Prepare and bake brownies following package directions for original recipe.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle marshmallows on warm brownies.
- Return to oven.
- Bake for 3 min longer.
- Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in medium saucepan.
- Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, till chips are melted.
- Add in rice cereal; mix well.
- Spread mix over marshmallow layer.
- Chill till chilled.
- Cut into bars.
- 24 bars.
