Angel Biscuits

  1. Combine flour, Philly*, butter and sugar in a food processor until the mixture forms a ball.
  2. Roll out pastry between baking paper to 3mm thick.
  3. Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
  4. Cut into angel shapes and place on a greased baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 160C or until light brown.
  6. Cool.
  7. Mix icing sugar with water until icing is formed.
  8. Add food colouring, if desired, pipe over biscuits.
  9. Serve when icing is hard.
