Angel Biscuits
- 1 cup plain flour
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, chilled and cut into pieces
- 125g unsalted butter, chilled and cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup icing sugar
- Combine flour, Philly*, butter and sugar in a food processor until the mixture forms a ball.
- Roll out pastry between baking paper to 3mm thick.
- Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
- Cut into angel shapes and place on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 160C or until light brown.
- Cool.
- Mix icing sugar with water until icing is formed.
- Add food colouring, if desired, pipe over biscuits.
- Serve when icing is hard.
