Chocolate Caramel Treat Recipe
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 (12 ounce.) bag chocolate chips
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp. water
- Mix dry cake mix and butter together with fork, then fold in water.
- Press half of the batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6 min.
- Remove cake from oven.
- Spread caramel over cake; sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel, then sprinkle remaining cake mix over top.
- Bake for an additional 15 min.
