Carrot Apple Jell-O Salad

• 1 (92 g) packageprepared sugar-free strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
• 1 small mcintosh apple, diced
• 1 medium carrot, diced
• 14 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1. Take the Jell-O out of the container and slice it in an egg slicer; turn on side and slice again (you should end up with little cubes).
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently.
3. Enjoy!
