Rice Muffins

  1. Sift dry ingredients togther.
  2. Cut in shortening or stir in oil.
  3. Add rice, egg, cheese and milk; mix enough to moisten dry ingredients.
  4. Grease muffin tins.
  5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  6. Bake 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
