Brandy Truffles Recipe
- 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 6 ounce Cooking chocolate, roughly minced
- 2 1/2 c. Crushed palin sweet biscuits
- 1/2 c. Icing sugar
- 1 c. Walnuts minced
- 1/3 c. Brandy
- Heat lowfat milk and chocolate till chocolate melts and mix thickens, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stand 30 min.
- Shape into 1" balls.
- Roll in non-pareils or possibly desired coating.
- Chill.
- Makes 6 dozen.
